Kanban System Design (KSD) is an essential course for businesses seeking to gain a competitive edge in fast-moving and complex times. In this course, you will learn a set of values, practices, and principles that bring the benefits of Lean to your organisation. The Kanban method focuses on incremental, iterative changes to streamline business processes and make them more efficient and manageable. This interactive 4 session class is designed for anyone involved in applying Kanban within their organisation.

Objectives:
• Gain a deep understanding of the history, change & service principles of Kanban.
• Learn the six practices with examples and patterns to apply to existing ways of working.
• Develop skills in guiding teams through adoption of Kanban, and supporting them in day-to-day operations.
• Use data to glean insights, drive experimentation, and continually improve.
• Learn through team gameplay and create custom visualisations to match your company's needs.

This workshop is accredited by the Kanban University (KU) and each attendee will receive a certificate of completion. As part of this KU-accredited course, you'll also be eligible to become a member of Kanban University. In addition, students will receive an electronic copy of "Kanban - Successful Evolutionary Change for Your Technology Business" by David J. Anderson.

The 16-hour course offers hands-on exercises and simulations alongside instructor-led discussions and presentations. You will leave with practical insights on how to implement or improve Kanban within your organisation. Although it is recommended, prior reading of the Kanban Blue Book is not required.
