I spent the weekend learning about all things Kanban. I have used Kanban techniques for years - at home and at work. Hey - I even gave a conference talk about it at Lean Agile Scotland 2019: 'Kanban in the Kitchen'. I thought I knew everything about Kanban. How wrong I was.

The course was a full on 2-day course run by the wonderful Matt Evans from The Business Agility Coach. It was a fun, educational, full two days learning about the theory of Kanban and then using a real-life example to put all of the learnings together.

Last weekend I attended Kanban Systems Design course ran by Matt Evans from The Business Agility Coach and I can tell you that everything I knew going into the course was not even the tip of the iceberg.
